Soul Food began in Ciarán’s mam’s kitchen with one recipe and a simple belief, food should support people, wherever they’re going.
Trained as a chef, Ciarán always saw food as something honest, purposeful, and made to be shared. What started small is now a proudly Irish, family-run brand built on hard work, community, and a drive to create better options for real life.
